What's not included?

Your round- trip airfare from home.
Arrival/Departure transportation outside of the group pickup and drop off to Cancun airport.
Breakfast is not included- there is a self paid menu. for those that want to have breakfast.
Any beverages besides water.
Any food and drink outside of the retreat center.
Transportation on your free time.
Souvenir shopping, personal phone calls, spa services, IV therapy and tips for bell-boys and maids.
Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance.
Other non-included items would be excess baggage charges & airport taxes if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

A $1,000 retainer is required at time of registration. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your retainer is refunded in full).

We reserve the right to determine if you are not a good fit for this retreat- if we do so, your retainer will be refunded in full.

Trip medical insurance is required and cancellation insurance is suggested. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options. Participants with out insurance will be denied and a refund will not be issued.

Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable Payments: All payments made towards the retreat, including retainers and subsequent installments, are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances. The client is responsible for the full payment amount as agreed upon, regardless of changes or participation.

Rescheduling Policy: Retreats can be rescheduled once with a minimum of 45 days' (October 16th, 2025) notice before the original event start date. The rescheduled retreat must take place within 1 year of the original retreat start date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the client acknowledges that pricing may vary for the new date. If the desired new date is unavailable, the client must choose another available date within the specified 1 year period. Trips cancelled after October 16th, 2025 will result in a total loss of funds.

Your Flights

Please book your flight to arrive at the Cancun International Airport in Cancun (CUN) on November 30th before 3:00 pm, and to depart on December 7th after 12:00 pm.

Group transportation will be provided for you to and from the retreat center if you are there at the appointed times.

The retreat begins in the afternoon of the 30th, so make sure to schedule your flight accordingly. If at all possible, don’t miss the creation of our sacred space on the evening of the 30th. We will be closing this space on the morning of the 7th, so do plan to stay for the entire experience we have prepared for you.

If you want to fly in to Tulum International Airport in Quintana Roo (TQO) or you are coming from somewhere else, please let us know and we will try to coordinate your transportation- fees may apply.

Stay a Little Longer – Deepen Your Experience

If you’re craving more time, more connection, and more personalized support—we’re offering a special VIP opportunity to extend your stay and continue the magic.

For those who feel called, you’ll have the chance to stay one extra day in the jungle for an intimate 1:1 healing and coaching experience with Bella. This private session is designed to meet you exactly where you are and help you integrate everything you’ve uncovered during the retreat. Together, we’ll explore what’s next for you, map out your healing path forward, and anchor the transformation you’ve begun—so you don’t just return home changed, you return home empowered.

Prefer to stay and grow in community? Tara will also be hosting a special small-group workshop for 3–4 women who want to go deeper together in a more intimate setting. It’s a powerful space for connection, reflection, and rising together before heading home.
