"Self-love is a sacred relationship with yourself. It’s how you speak to yourself in quiet moments, and how you care for your mind, body, and soul—especially when life feels hard. It’s knowing you matter, honoring your needs, and choosing yourself without guilt." - Bella Morgan

I created this retreat in the middle of my own unraveling. After surviving an abusive relationship and facing a divorce I never imagined, I felt completely lost—like I was suffocating in the weight of depression and self-doubt. I had always been the confident, bubbly, bold one—the one people came to for light. But during that time, I felt small, unseen, and unsure if I’d ever find my way back to myself.

I dove headfirst into healing. Therapy, retreats, travel, breathwork, meditation, crying on the floor, getting back up, and doing it all over again. And somewhere along the way, something beautiful happened: I started inspiring other women. I didn’t even realize it at first. I was just showing up—being honest, being present. But woman after woman told me that being near me made them feel safe, seen, and not so alone. I realized then: this is the work I’m meant to do.

Sage & Sol was built from that calling. It’s a sacred space for women who feel like they’ve lost themselves in heartbreak, self-abandonment, or simply trying to be everything for everyone. I know what it’s like to be in that dark place. And I know what it takes to rise. I hold space from lived experience—with energy that’s bold and warm, powerful and gentle. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk beside you as you remember who you are.

My story is proof that even after being shattered, you can rebuild something softer, stronger, and more beautiful than ever. You are worthy of choosing yourself. You are allowed to be both healing and whole. And you are not alone—not here.

This retreat was born from friendship, vulnerability, and the kind of healing that only happens when women sit in truth together. What started as two women navigating heartbreak, grief, and life’s unravelings—side by side—became something sacred. We held space for each other before we ever held space for anyone else. We cried in public, celebrated tiny wins, and reminded each other of our worth on the days it felt hardest to believe.

Through it all, we discovered that healing is never meant to be done alone. And now, we’re bringing that same safe, powerful connection to the women who need it most. This retreat is our love letter to every woman who’s been cracked open, searching for a way back to herself. You don’t have to do it alone—we didn’t, and you won’t either.

"Self-love is the daily commitment to show up for yourself, care for your mind, body, and spirit not just when it’s easy, but especially when it’s not. It’s the boundaries you set, and the way you prioritize your well-being without apology. I view it as speaking to myself the way I would speak to someone I deeply love and remembering I deserve that same energy. "- Tara Barone

I’ve been the woman who needed a space like this. Burnt out. Disconnected. Unsure how to return to myself. Being part of this retreat comes from walking that journey firsthand—and now, it’s my honor to support other women as they do the same. I know what happens when women gather with intention, vulnerability, and safety—and I believe deeply in creating that space for others to soften, rise, and remember who they are.

My path has been shaped by resilience and reinvention. From growing up with a narcissistic mother, becoming a teen mom, starting over in a new city, navigating grief, and rebuilding my life more than once—I’ve lived through the kind of pain that makes you question everything. And I’ve done the work to come back to myself again and again. I’ve learned that healing isn’t about never falling apart—it’s about choosing to rise, with intention, softness, and self-trust. That’s the energy I bring here.

When women are in my presence, I want them to feel truly heard—not judged, not compared, not rushed. Just safe, supported, and seen. I’m here to hold space without trying to fix or change you. To remind you that you’re not alone. That your story, your strength, your softness—it all belongs here. You are the magic. And my greatest hope is that by the end of this retreat, you feel empowered to reclaim your joy, honor your needs, and take up space exactly as you are.

I can't wait to meet you in the jungle—to breathe, to heal, and to rise together. Come join me. Let’s walk each other home.
